Minimum information
We request only name, company (optional), email, product or project and a description of the need. We do not request a telephone number, identity document, financial or health data, biometrics or precise location. Do not include this information in your enquiry.
Attachments
The selected file is transmitted with the enquiry to the transactional email service and is not published on the site. Only PDF, Excel, Word, CSV, JPG or PNG files up to 5 MB are accepted. Send only documents needed to evaluate the project and avoid sensitive personal data, financial information or third-party confidential information.
Purpose and basis
We use information you voluntarily submit through this form only to respond to the enquiry, assess the requirement and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or automated decisions. Processing is based on your consent and on steps necessary before a possible commercial relationship.
Principles and transfers
We apply the principles of purpose limitation, transparency and data minimisation set out in Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection. Where China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) applies, we also apply explicit purpose, necessity and transparency. Vercel hosts the function receiving the form and Resend delivers the email; these providers may process information outside your country solely for this purpose.
Retention and rights
We retain an enquiry only for the time needed to address it and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal of consent by writing to info@moraglobal.ec. This policy should be periodically reviewed with legal counsel as the operation or providers change.
Site technology
The site does not include advertising pixels or tracking analytics. The hosting provider may process technical logs necessary for security and operation.
